hello friends! I just returned to Italy and started a masters course in gastronomy and human ecology... lots of eating and a lot of informations that I would like to share. It's kind an academic approach about ideas we've been discussing about for years!

Will Eat For Food ?

This is a nightmare. Check youtube/google/whatever. There are already so many videos and writings concerning this new bill to be passed in the U.S. This one just happened to be short and concise.

If this is the case, then all foods there (and setting the precedent for everywhere?) would be affected. I am still skeptical if regions outside of the Americas would be affected, as Amerika is a fallen and still falling empire...

sprouting mung beans

Yesterday, Kasper and I picked up a bag of bio Mung Beans, which we are prepared to sprout. Mung beans are tridoshic, meaning that they can help to balance all 3 doshas (vata, pitta, kapha) in Ayurveda. They offer 14 gms of protein per cooked cup. Mung beans are also a good source of dietary fiber. They also contain thiamin, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and copper, and are a good source of folate.
