Imaginez que ce fonds reçoive des Bunds et des OAT, les vende et, avec le produit ainsi dégagé, achète les titres grecs à vil prix. Aucun risque! Le fonds aurait de la sorte pris les spéculateurs à leur propre jeu. Au lieu que ces derniers aspirent les milliards d’euros des contribuables que les gouvernements dans leur inanité leur concèdent, le fonds récupérerait ces milliards au profit de l’Union en général et de la Grèce en particulier. Malheureusement, cette idée est morte avant même d’avoir vu le jour!<br />

Non, les membres de l’Union, en collaboration avec le Fonds Monétaire International (FMI), préfèrent mettre 750 milliards d’euros à la disposition des marchés. Les spéculateurs doivent se frotter les mains. L’allocation de départ de 30 milliards a gonflé en moins de deux semaines, d’abord jusqu’à 110 milliards, quatre fois la somme initiale, puis jusqu’à 750 milliards, 25 fois la somme promise. De telles largesses sont totalement irréfléchies.

Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs is Europe’s new mobility scheme that aims at helping new entrepreneurs to acquire relevant skills for managing a small or medium-sized enterprise (SMEs) by spending time in a business in another EU country. It was initiated by the European Union (EU) on the 19 February 2009.<br />
Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs is financed by the European Commission and is in operation across 21 EU countries with the help of more than 100 intermediary organisations competent in business support. By 2010, a total of 870 stays abroad will be in action.
