Yesterday I discovered that C$ in it's glory has deleted my profile without notifying me. Guess "advocate http://www.bewelcome.org" as a Current Mission didn't resonate with them :)
Well at least I can stop considering doing that myself and also they've helpfully deleted the references I've left others and given me the opportunity to think of the fun times I had with those people and to get in touch to point them at my BeWelcome profile.
And they've reinforced my belief that one shouldn't rely on for-profit organizations for social relations and that it's necessary to save or PDF-"print" web pages you wanna keep.
Did such dastard destruction of careful self-portrayal happen to anyone else here?
