I've been talking of that with Robino. Basically my point is that the EDIT thing is not highlighted enough. For exemple I just found out today how I can update my profile. It is indeed really simple but only if you know that you have to click on status. If there was a blue edit thing it would be easier.
Make a clear plan on how to make it easier for dummies, use paper if you want and scan it after. Then post it on here. As soon as one of the admin sees it, and if he knows how to do it, he will.
