Casa Robino

i went with my dear friend to the post office this afternoon. above his p.o. box was taped, the love letter i wrote to him back in june . written on it-- "hand delivered by jeff and libby from new orleans, traveled through amsterdam in october" i couldn't believe my letter had been hand delivered all the way from amsterdam to little ole kansas city. it was a magical moment, and instantly brought back all the lovely memories i have from my adventure in amsterdam and the feelings i had while staying at the casa.

i have a 6 week winter holiday in the near future (january 2010). so as a way to make use of time and grow and meet during that period i am thinking about starting a mini a creative residency for one month in my one bedroom apartment in kansas city. a place for 3-4 individuals to come create for a month free of rent and utilities. a place for sharing, learning, growing, making. a place for fun. however, i am looking for suggestions/recommendations on a way to find people (outside kansas city) that may be interested and who have the same willingness as i and those who will be joining us.
