Also great timing to post it, as this Thursday I am doing a theater exercise with dumpster finds, cooking a 3 course dinner for 60 people basically. And maybe I can use the photo in a presentation, haha. I did a show like this earlier, a year and half ago with Heather. This year I am on it with my new cook-friend Manu.
I also started a new website about dumpster diving. It's in Dutch though, but the name originated a couple of years ago in Casa: http://dumpsterdam.nl
