you can call me bells!

Although i was able to resist the temptation to insist everyone in the house call me "bells", i have written "Alisonshine free hugs available all day" on my bedroom door and have been walking barefoot around campus and telling all the drunk first-time-away-from-home students all about the evils of alcohol consumption. I am currently enjoying messing with thier perceptions of reality by being currently undefinable. They want to call me a hippy, but know one can quite bring themselves to admit that a hippy can study law...

The people in my house are a very ecclectic mix, i like them. They are able to laugh at themselves which is a big bonus and two of them are the same age as me :) a few of them have already expressed their pleasure at my presence in the house, which has made me feel very good.

Its very early days yet but i had my first lecture today and the lecturer was really inspirational, he made me feel very positive about the course. However i already have reading to do for tomorrow and my timetable is pretty insane. There are only 10 people mad enough to take on this course and for the law course as a whole apparently 2000 people applied...the pressure is officially on and i am looking forward to stepping up to the challenge.

I miss you and love you all, keep the casa alive and i will pass on the things you have taught me to educate the students in a different way.
