Biking across europe and Amsterdam is my first stop! During the non summer months I am an architecture student in nyc.
We are two redheads, attempting to salvage our diminishing race.
I currently live and work in Baghdad, Iraq as a language specialist. I found your project through CS and am smitten!
Born in Bangalore, India then lived in Doha, Qatar before immigrating to Los Angeles in the USA. I grew up for the better part of my life in the Philadelphia area. Coming from a very conservative background, I wound up studying psychology, cognitive neuroscience, and visual anthropology in university, but as fate would have it, found myself with the best job I could imagine and living my dream performing on Broadway in NYC! I had always been a lover of travel, but I became an addict when my brother asked me to join him for a couple gap months in Italy, Greece, Turkey, and Egypt...since then, I am always whisking away on very little notice to whichever part of the globe I can cover. I was greatly affected by the tragic Asian Tsunami of December 26, 2004 which ravaged through my hometown and state of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. I packed my things, took what I thought was time OFF of life (but in the process, REDISCOVERED it) and ventured off to South Asia on a mission. I got to volunteer for incredible relief projects in Unawatuna, Sri Lanka and Nagapattinam, India. ...Somehow, I found myself working in the Bollywood film industry, photographing, and traveling and reconnecting with my roots through the course of a year- truly a priceless time.
My new thing is living in new countries and immersing myself completely in the local culture. I find that this gives me the kind of 'in depth' understanding of the human spirit that I crave... and it turns out... we're not all that different after all!
Crazy adventures, and who knows what's in store with me :) I am passionate about life and learning...and try to be even more spontaneous all the time!
Hello! I'm a bit of a wandering soul these days - a lover of folk music, social justice politics, bicycles and amaretto, Parisienne cafés, Arabic music (and David Bowie!) and tram lines in foreign cities.
I'm 27 years old, from Canada originally, living in Europe for the past year coming to Amsterdam in June - seeking interesting people to visit :)
I am uncle sam son.
I'm an idealist. My friends says that I'm too optimistic for this world, and that I need sometimes to remove smile from my face.I enjoy traveling with backpack and my ipod and never get tired of it. Love animals, and consider myself as a dog person :). I hate winter time and 'cause of that I would like to live on the coast, maybe Barcelona :)
I am a student from Poland, i'm looking for new opportunities , I want to explore, get and give as much as i can from the Word.

I got fed up with my role in the corporate world so I quit my job and p*ssed off with a backpack, deciding to spend my life-savings travelling the world instead. So far I've travelled in 32 countries, and counting!...
I'm confident, happy and often slightly quirky. I can be mischievous, cheeky & fun when I want to be, and mature & professional when I need to be... A typical Aries, I'm passionate, idealistic, witty & spontaneous. Always honest, open & loyal. In my spare time I'm an Ambassador for an international microfinance organisation, aiming to bring an end to poverty in developing nations, and I completed a $60k fundraising trek in the Himalayas last September.
I love: tranquil sunsets, the smell of rain before it arrives, walking in a forest & listening to the birdsong, cooking up a big pot of curry for my friends, playing games with my niece & nephews, drawing & painting, making music, and most of all meeting people from all different backgrounds...
I'm travelling long-term, due to head home to Sydney in June 2011 (although not sure I'll be ready to go home then!). Haven't decided on my next move yet, I don't like to plan too far ahead. Maybe a WWOOF experience in South America... Visit my WV sponsored child in Guatemala?!...
I guess you could say I'm a more earthy type - I've lived longterm around a campfire in a rainforest and don't mind getting a bit dirty or mucking in to help carry a heavy load. Definitely no princess!
I'm interested in meeting like-minded people where-ever I go... Show me your city/town/farm! :)
