Sorry but I was a little bit lost with the "questionary" itself...
As I understood there is the need of giving a password in order to be recognized. I don't understand what is the problem with mine...
We are planning to arrive to Amsterdam on wednesday 20th of April. However, our trip is a bit uncertain since we are travelling by train and we are not taking high speed trains and thus, it may be delayed one day. Hope it isn't like that... Then, the return will be on sunday or monday, we don't either know.
