Well balanced food mmmmmm

Well balanced food mmmmmm "Eat from the rainbow." If you don't know about nutrition, just make sure you eat lots of pretty colors! NATURAL colors, that is - pink Easter candy doesn't count.

And don't forget about WATER> Water for Life!
Proper hydration is the ultimate necessity; yes there is water in most foods, even meat, but water is a basic building block for all the cells in your body - if you want to have more energy, to look better, to think clearer, to sleep better, to prevent disease and live a more balanced life -- drink lots of water!

And if you're really excercising, don't forget that salt is also an important component of hydration.
