yes, you're right, I was kind of "ineloquent" when I pronounced my wish to be a host at your house. :D
Well, actually we - my boyfriend (benji), a friend (jan) and me - decided to visit Amsterdam because Xavier Rudd is going to give a concert on Feb 17th. That gave rise to the whole idea of going there. But of course we have been eager to visit Amsterdam ever since. That's why we are going to stay for one week (amongst other things, because benji does his studies in architecture and of course he is especially keen on - as we all are - "exploring" the city ^^).
We found out about casa robino by visiting Shaun's profile on chouchsurfing.org -- we were really impressed by it - you know, the way he described the whole concept of the casa, the atmosphere, ...
He actually told us to create an account on this website.
As I'm a vegetarian (with kind of a big disposition towards the vegan way of living [but so far I would not dare calling me one]) I really appreciate your request not to bring dead animals to your house (btw: I recognized I made some severe grammatical mistake when I mentioned that the first time :D)...
well, so far ... I'd love to tell you more face-to-face at the casa!
Slaap lekker!
[that's about the coolest expression I can think of right now!]
Heyy,
As nobody else is taking responsibility right now, I willllll!
We're having quite a quiet period at the casa right now and not really sure if you guys would fit in so well in terms of our social philosophical abstract meanderings and quiet 'family' like ambience.. as well as being quintessentially being a 'group'...generally a boyfriend/girlfriend + friend makes it really difficult to act and grow with whoever else is here..
Sorry, hope you can find somewhere else..but, if you want to come by for Pancake Sunday and hang out, do do do! Just contact us for directions..
