I think we have already had a host who came from that house you're mentioning, in the casa before. Sounded really interesting to make connections, and also to learn. I understood that the house this host used to come wasn't that participative in terms of keeping stuff clean/ high standards/ and other projects (more like a social hang-out) but maybe you are even from another place...
Anyway, I can't comment on anything here since I am not at the casa. I do know it might be a bit too busy in the period you're coming over. You can also write the host of the day (except kitten) if you need an answer fast.
Normally promises cannot be made so quickly/ easily. Just don't be desperate and don't wait for an answer from the Casa. Look into alternatives, or if the dates don't work out for the house, even a change of schedule...
