We define "Useful Social Market" or Help 2.0 a market based on useful social services and goods to support people for health care, education, food and a shelter for free through the Credit Hosts (Social Integration Providers). A credit title, can be assigned to those people have been socially useful in the Credit Hosts. Gcredits minted and then assigned must be certified as "good social result". This operation is defined "Social Credit Transaction".
