BMW Leipzig Plant starts recruiting for the production of electric vehicles.<br />
The BMW Leipzig Plant is recruiting new associates for the production of electric vehicles starting in 2013. More than 100 vacancies will be offered. About 800 new jobs will be created for the production of the electric vehicle BMW i3 and the hybrid sports car BMW i8 in Leipzig. Experts in electric and electronics, light weight construction, planning, maintenance and quality management are in demand. At the end of last year the BMW Group announced the expansion of the Leipzig plant and the investment of approximately 400 million euro in Leipzig until 2013.
