Hey! Something interesting to share, something thats happening at my old apartment this weekend!
Ahoy partisans,
As you know, we, Saxenburgers, organise an Easter Party in our hut on the 3rd April (Saturday) starting at 3pm! (dont come too late in the evening).
As we can use now our huge roof balcony, we were thinking about live music / jam session on the roof (feel free bringing your instrument with you)
So far confirmed: Singer, Guitarist, Bassist, Drummer
On the second floor, we will have home cinema & Sharing Kitchen. So bring your movie /documenttion on USB Stick / CD and we can decide what to watch. Concerning Kitchen, the best is if you bring your own food & drinks and we share all our stuff. The last time, it worked out very well.
So far, we have already 25 confirmed guests plus 5-10 unconfirmed. My plan was to make CS event out of it. However, because of fear that it will be too crowded, I won't make it anymore. In case you want to bring your friend(s) / CSer around, its fine with us (but if it a bunch of people, please let me know before)
So, I see that the sun will shine & music in the ears & cocktails in the hands :o)
I wish you before a great Easter Friday; Since it is a Dutch bank holiday and not a public holiday, I am the lucky guy in NL who has one day off ;o)
SOME IMPORTANT THINGS (sorry but also me need some rules):
I. I kick the arses of these guys who mess up our hut. Last huge party at my place (Xmas).. A lot of trash everywhere and everywhere empty glasses. Please feel like at home and not like in a nightclub. Help cleaning your stuff would be appreciated to avoid a big cleaning mess after the party.
II. keep in mind, that one makes a difference btw hard & soft alcohol. If you wanna drink cocktails with us, don’t bring "only" beer around and expect nice cocktails; (anyway, for your info, we have cocktail mixer & fruit machine)
III Please make 100% sure that your bike stands in the bicycle stand and not against any house wall.
Address: Saxenburgerstraat 16-2; Ring by "Loechner". (say youre from casa and they will know) Please make 100% sure that you close the door downstairs as slow as possible (less noise) and come slowly upstairs (otherwise the party will be finished earlier than expected "neighbours")
