I believe in intentional swarm like networks , highly creative , intrinsically motivated , transparent , open and collaborative ( including gift economic mechanisms according to shared intentions ) CULTURES ( or more specifically , "memes" ) expressed by interconnected individuals.
This demands a good understanding of the engineering of meaning around intentions - towards intrinsically motivated collaborative individuals.
