Personal note of Dante : there seems to be no mention in relation to ( alternative ) " monetary policy " , and the necessity, in current mainstream economics, to have " monetary mass growth " through the creation of new markets ( by increased growth of monetized production , but also increased financial speculation ) to sustain repayment of debt + interest, and retain the current capitalist financial system from collapse.
