Come join in on the most sustainable dinner in amsterdam. Saving the food we'll eat before it goes to its early grave from the local markets, then bringing it back and sharing ideas with one another about how we can turn our findings into an amazing culinary delight.

Turn up to the casa around 4pm and we'll go to the market, or later and we'll go to a few other dumpsters.

Cooking will probably start around 8pm and eating at some time beyond that.

Bring some thing to share if you feel like it.
