Hey all!
I think i have found a description of casa for myself: "open source innerselves"
I still feel i'm still there and see actually i'm still there :) Everybody passes through shall know they have a home in Istanbul.
By the way Roskilde was amazing! I have made a huge impact by being an alone girl from Istanbul. And met with terrific people.
Those three weeks changed me into a butterfly. Thanks for flying together.
Amylin will bring my hugs

Hay Good Peoplesan

I am back home. This trip to Amsterdam has been much more special than my previous ones (several repeated occasions). It was like going back in time for me, to my teenage days, when we hitchiked and the likes. Cannot express much what I experienced. Maybe later. Making bread, cooking, washing up, simple things. 'Just a house' says Robino, but really a special place for sharing very fun hours, days, and even weeks for the lucky ones who stay longer. There is so much going on. Never met so many people is such a short time. Thanks a lot for the private floor space, cant believe that you left me the whole room to myself while you kind people crammed up in the other room, that was so generous. It is like a home, but also like a caravan, where people get on for a whole journey or part of it, then get off and continue their ways, but they never really part, cause they are on parallel journeys, their time and space separated only by the doors of perceptions. Which we know how to break down sometimes (hack hack). Fundamentally there is love, a big hearts and souls merging and expanding together. A place of spirit, with various things that move it. It kind of went so fast, so many things we did not hae had the chance to share. I'll be back.....

Hi Guys,

How are you all? I was called yesterday by a friend of Amylin, I think her name is Fatima? she wanted to meet up with me and give me a message from Amylin. I'd love to meet her, though I'm a bit busy I could meet her for coffee/lunch on thursday (till 13:30) of somewhere next weekend). I don't have the phone number of the casa (is there any? :)) So I try contacting this way...maybe she can contact me now through email (now that I'm a member) or give me another call. Or you could send me the casa's number...it'll probably work out :)
Well, thanks for being the messenger and all the best for all of you.
Love Maartje (the girl who's cat Tante Sjaan Amylin cat-sitted for a week in march)

My stay at Ronin was by accident, well what a great accident.
A friend, who I was travelling in Europe with and me arrived on Easter Sunday. I don't know if it was this special date, but the welcoming of us was warm and great. The day began with a great meal with a big groupe of travellers from all over. I knew, this is a kind of place I would enjoy. And so it was. All the guys were incredebly friendly and a relaxed atmosphere rose. At the beginning I was a little confused by the well organized and balanced place.
Finally I got to meet Robin, who had a noon nap. He welcome us with a warm hug, that I miss somehow around my place. The flat is so cool, that you even could stay a whole day in without missing the attractions of beautiful Amsterdam. I really liked the creative arrangement, that made me feel ..
I hope I can stay in touch with some of the guys.
Inspired by this magical and rare place of todays and up to new I hope I can enjoy this experience once again.

Thank you Robin and the others, that were part of my great time in Amsterdam

khm. I would like to see the crew cos I have some questions -again and I'm wondering if there is any floor left free for me the next week. But I don't know how long, maybe for three days or a week cos I'm waiting for that ob and my bos had a heart attack so it's a delicate situation now with this stuff and maybe I'm going back to skill surfers.

Em... Did the boss Robino get my post about skill surfers that I send it on the home page few hours ago or how do you know that I was on the tour?

I'm getting lost in those windows of NOT- realities.....

nice vacations

Nice, we actually saw the blogpost of skillsurfers where they mentioned you... !

I wrote Robin through Bewelcome.org He directed me to casarobino.org Immediately, I knew I wanted to stay here. I knew that, in fact, Casa Robino was part of why I came to Europe.

I'm on a mission. I'm learning about community, about social organisms, about alternative economic systems, about sustainability and justice. Casa Robino is an expression of all this. As Robin said, "someone comes in, they get a set of keys, they have access to the resources of the house, and when they leave their lives have been changed." This is the principle, says Robin, of unconditional trust.

Casa Robino is a magical place, but it is not always an easy place to stay. Sometimes quarters are very cramped. Sometimes people want to sleep when others are awake (actually there is almost always someone sleeping in one of the rooms.) Sometimes people who don't smoke (like me) and people who smoke (most of the rest of hosts here) have to deal with each other.

What comes with unconditional trust is unconditional responsibility. Sometimes, as much as I'd like to just go to Robin and have him say what has to happen, I know I can't do that. If I want something to be different I have to work it out directly with the other people in the house.

And this is part of the magic. It helps us become more couragous and compassionate, and more skilled at communicating and listening. It makes us practice tolerance, and it invites us to appreciate the joy and beauty of sharing space, sharing food, and sharing experiences with others.

Hey. I have a news for everyone there. I've meet a poor american boy hitch hiking for the first time in Europe - got already stolen.... but even thou he's american he's nice and he has the potencial to become one of 'us'. He left his super cool job in stock market to became poor traveler and learner. I kind of directed him to casarobino cos he need a bit of navigation....

so, just so you know in the next few days maybe you're gonna be contacted by American! ALARM!

Hope is not the third one those days.

kisses from swizz where I'm trying to catch skill surfers.

i tell fantasy stories and Robino House just walked out fo the pages of one i hav enot written yet. It is the story where someones generosity turns around and feeds the community and makes a better world.

i was asked to leave a few links behind. The first is an old and somewhat shabby version fo the edge of wisdom story and it is at http://www.twinoaks.org/members-exmembers/members/paxus/edge.htm

and i cant for the life of me remember the otherone right now, but it ought to be
