-Don't look too shabby and everyone will pick you up. Watch out for cops, know y'er rights. Last rites..ho! Avoid the midwest if you can and middle east coast as there's a bunch of huge cities making it difficult to traverse. Don't worry about finding places to sleep, you'll get offered places almost all the time, just take a poncha, no stove. Food is everywhere. Everything you need will come to you. Even in the midwest (which is quite a hell hole, swallows you whole but is a fantastic experience nonetheless to get to know everything you want to avoid).

Kitten: Everything Is Just Fine

It was a difficult day and a tough decision but we went ahead with it. Kitten was to be spayed, she was to have an operation to have her ovaries and uterus removed. Harsh as it is, it was the best thing to do as far we were able to judge.

Alternative ways for artists to make a living

Hi kids.

Well, sorry to those who have already gotten the information, but here's for the others:

I'm starting this week a discussion/brainstorm on alternative solution for artists to make a living in the context of more and more artistic content being put on computers. And shared around with nothing getting to the artists. Even if the guy that got a free copy really wants to support the artist.

So far the way that the corporate bastards have found seem pretty inadequate: DRM, sueing random Joes for 100s of thousands...

I think we can come up with better :)

Skip Diving Expedition Tomorrow (Saturday)?

As bicycle taxi work seems to take an eternity to begin, I would like to propose a skip diving day tomorrow (saturday 5th march) before my restless feet begin to burn holes in the ground..and I have a new bike..so new it scares me..a foolish decision, but a bike nonetheless..

Last year we were with just over a hundred. The year before with even more, but the destination was easier and we had done more promotion. This year should become a blast. But where do we want to meet and why? After Paris and Odesa where is next?

What are our main aims with yet the third European Hitchhiking Gathering? Do we want to get hundreds of people on the road or do we want to go to a place where there are already many hitchhikers? We want center of Europe, South or East?

EVERY SUNDAY
The rambling minds of progress..
We began this year running pancake sundays to raise funds for our kitten who needed to be spayed.
Now, she's been spayed and soft, meows and doesn't bite people's hands off..it became difficult, because we had to keep the hands as a memorial and there was too many to stack..

At our disposal, we now have a blender which can create INCREDIBLE smoothies. Together with banana pancake, casa sustainable jam's (in that all the fruits would have otherwise been thrown away..) and a huge variety of teas.
